Any inside scoop on how the progress is going?
Hopefully the promo is 3 for the price of 2, otherwise its not much of a promo.

I get your point, but the lifts you mention don't seem to add up. If you rode the garbanzo, you'd unload at the same place as the orange chair unloads. Riding down to orange and back up wouldn't get you any more up the mountain.

It's three lift rides, but one can get up Fitzsimmons, Garbanzo, and then Emerald if the Village Express is down. Alternately, you can ski down to Big Red from Garbanzo and ride up that way.

Do you know who bought it? I know Summit Lift Co. had it listed on their website: http://www.summitliftco.net/images/Used_Do...ft_For_Sale.pdf

"Norm was here on Sat. and did our cable inspections. He got called to Whistler for an emergency. Seems they were practicing the evac procedures on the Peak to Peak gondola and had some problems and may have damaged their haul rope, he will be back. If I have the time I will shoot some stills Wed. and post them. Cable splicing is pretty cool to see."

Any updates on the condition of the haul rope on Peak to Peak? Will it load public before December 12th?
