At Deer Valley, I skiied on one of the trails, and I spotted one tower, three wheels on one side, one rope and one chair in someone's backyard. It is cute.

I wonder anyone has cute chairlift or model chairlift in the backyard?

I believe that chair and tower belong to Deer Valley and are used for rope evac.

I think that is the backyard of the maintenance shop :)

Lift Kid and Skier, you both are right. I looked at the blue building (back) in the picture, now I remember I rode Judge Lift, and I saw Deer Valley maintenance area. The tower and chair are located back of the maintenance. Thank you for a good sharing.

Two more pictures at Deer Valley, I would share with you and can you tell me these identities?

The first one is the other side of the maintenance area from Judge lift. Second is the snowmaking pond off Sunset West, and the third is an old mine, they used to run tours down there until a few years ago, I think it's all closed up now

Thank you very much.

Yes, Park City Silver Mine Adventure is permanently closed due the flood problem and the company sold it to the new owner. About 11 years ago, I went there, and I went down underground and had tour. It was very fantastic, and I loved it. I wanted to do tour again, but I am sad that it is closed.

Skidv, yes, I will post a few pictures of New Sterling later tonight.

That "thing" was supposed to be for rope evac practice but is never used. We put it in two summers ago I think, and its never been used, at least while I was there. Its funny cause they push all of the snow from the shop parking lot right onto it, so its all bent. The cable is choked around jersey walls and buried. What a pain that thing was to put up. Its a good idea, but its in the wrong spot.
