Jack Whittaker, the man that won $315 Million in the 2002 Powerball Lottery has lost it all.

How the heck to you spend $113 million (what he got after taxes) in four years? If he would have just put all that money into a saving account, he could have made $4 million a year just off intrest.

Not much better. You have to admit there's a certain attraction to the idea of spending a buck or two and possibly geining a whole lot more than that.
