If the deal goes through, Gillet has plans to sell four of Booth Creek's six resorts, which are The Summit at Snoqualmie, Northstar-at-Tahoe, Sierra-at-Tahoe and Loon Mountain to CNL Income Properties, which Booth Creek will lease back.

Well, sorry to dig up such an old thread but Booth Creek's website is currently 'blank' meaning that that domain is still active but all the content has been removed.
At this time, the only resort still owned by Booth Creek is Sierra at Tahoe. However, George Gillett who recently reacquired Booth Creek may have put Sierra at Tahoe under Grand Targhee to close up shop.
