I'm not sure of their Yan days, but WBSKI's website has a lot of pictures of Whistler in it's current form.

Heh. Maybe let's go to some boneyards and take photos! It's a CHAIRLIFT website, remember?

You can find lots of old Yan pictures on the forums by just looking around.. Theres a couple threads. What do you want to talk about exactly?

BTW I took pics of all the lifts at Whistler/Blacksomb and sent them to Cameron so they will be in the gallery sometime soon hopefully.

I'm planning a flash video: "Chocolate Riblet Beans: Chairlift accidents, real & fake!"

It's a video created by the NSAA in conjunction with Winter Park Ski Area on a number of destruction tests on the Eskimo Double Chair, which was slated for removal. We have a page for it here on Skilifts.org Eskimo Lift Destruction Test.
Chairlift n. A transportation system found at most ski areas in which a series of chairs suspended from a cable rapidly conveys anywhere from one to eight skiers from the front of one line to the back of another.
