Here are some pics of what happens when the christmas crowd comes to boyne mt when they have limited terrain open.

He who skis Boyne during Hell Week, on only 12 runs, must expect it as it is..... Corn, boiler, dirt and overcrowded. The Dopp line is small compared to the line Wed. afternoon.. I took 2 runs, disliked the boiler plate and left. (My pass is good till this flipping, shit-hole, bastard, piss-warm, gorillia cum winter ends.) Right know is when its 'kind' of nice not being the 'regional powerhouse'. We don't have a HS and huge crowds scraping the little corn snow we have, off the ice. Boyne, best regional skiing, maybe to some, but its only a name and address to me. Sage, at least at Boyne you can watch the wave rider rip swimsuits off unexpecting 16,, no, no,no, I meant 18 year old girls.

Pretty hill though. It'd be great for tubing.

Yeah it does...
Dont get me thinking about tubing, We dont even have snow over there yet :cursing:

tell me about it us here in southern michigan are even worse off it is just 5 degrees short of being able to make even artfital snow, it really depressing really, so many bare spots on the runs too.

That is sad to see. Maybe Everyone should come out to Colorado and ski since we are having a great season :).

Well at Hidden Valley, its starting to look good. More of the 1 run was open tonight and the main run and another quad will be opening soon :rolleyes: :thumbsup: Good news: no barespots. WOOT. Bad news: going to rain on new years day. :cursing:

Skiing in the northwest is awesome as well! I think this is our best season in 3-4 years..
