So it appears they are getting closer to using all Garaventa chairs...
CTEC Chairs: 3 lifts (Other new lifts like Dreamcatcher @ The Canyons have used CTEC chairs from another lift)
Garaventa Chairs: 13 lifts
Doppelmayr Chairs: 2 Lifts

Still unknown - let me know if you know:
Bear Creek, PA's new lift
Ski Bromont
Spanish Peaks

Also anyone know what the deal is with the CTEC chairs on both Belleayre's new hsq and Catamount's quad? Belleayre's Superchief fg quad was moved to Catamount and a new hsq was installed at Belleayre. Did they have enough of the old chairs for both lifts or does one of them have a new batch of CTEC chairs?

I was looking at the pictures of the Belleayre HSQ and it has the CTEC chairs, but they're the fixed grip kind with new D-C hanger arms, not the HSQ kind, so they're probably reused from the old lift. I guess it's possible that they had enough chairs from the old Belleayre quad to use on both lifts

Wolf Laurel's looks CTEC because it has the Sprint Drive, and an Eclipse return on the new Breakaway Quad lift, and it reminds me of Cataloochee's Rock Island CTEC Quad Lift. This is because it has the sprint drive and Tensioning combo at the bottom. The only difference is the colors. Rock island is Blue, while the new Breakaway Quad is White and Red.

Another thing is that Doppelmayr CTEC has replaced chairs on two lifts this year with CTEC chairs which are Cataloochee's Omigosh Double Chairlift, and Sugar Mountain's Brown Lift.

Belleayre for sure used the chairs from the old FGQ it replaced. The chair spacing is longer than the old lift so they were able to send extra chairs to catamount although catamount may have needed to buy extra chairs.

Don't forget the two yan triples at copper mountain. They are not new but they did get new Stealth chairs this year.

I did get a picture of all of them, and I will post them later. I didn't get a picture of the Brown lift though.

Could be, I know that it is a uni G with the European tower heads, so It could be that the chairs are European bubble chairs as well.

Stealth chairs :shocking: What are those, exactly? We got standard CTEC triple carriers, the ones that have been around since the early 80s.

I remember someone saying that those were called the stealth chair versus ther other design which is the vail chair. But they are the standard CTEC chair and probably should be refered to as the CTEC chair to avoid confusion.

Here are the pictures from Cataloochee and Wolf Ridge. The Red colered Quad Lift is at Wolf Ridge, and the blue colered Double lift is at Cataloochee. The double was Hall, but they modified it starting in 2002, and they just redid it with CTEC carriers.
