This is a pic of our local ski hill. Its from www.skihiddenvalley.on.ca

I could not resist posting this pic it is truly a horribile but oddly funny thing to see so close to christmas. As it turns out, the hill IS open. Now here's the question, is it funny or is it sad? :tongue: :crying:

Yes. I agree. We have better than that here, but we sure didn't until it got cold enough for snowmaking. (earlier this month)

Nope. Its closed for all ski opperations on Christmas Day. :temper:

There is no point in going its only the 90 vert. ft. kiddy hill. :tongue: The narrow carpet of death i call it.

When the main hill opens then it will be worth it.

Wolf Ridge look a lot like that now, only a three of twenty trails open, and very little snow.
