Ok, so they painted the old lifts to match the new lift.
My question is who in the (he double hockey sticks) would order a new lift white?
After a little wet weather and rolling sheaves the nice white paint will have black streaks.
My second question is who is going to clean the nice white towers when the management decides that they don’t like the black streaks?

Heh, you should see the tower on Silverlode I lubed the rope from!

That is at Schuss Mountain, MI. Its 'Lift A' aka 'The PINK', a '97 CTEC. We also have a Blue, Yellow, Red, Purple, Black, and a Green Lift.

Is the darkside opening this season? Or are those lifts sitting idle?

The Riblets at the Summit Slopes will run on FNgt,Sat, Sun and Holidays only. Think hotel amenity. But, the green got painted and a couple 'new' used assemblies.

That's good to hear. Much better than that area turning into a subdivision.

Some more!!

#1 shouldn't this fork be broken by now?? Seems to be monitoring the wrong way!
#2 yep - we're still ripping stuff apart!
#3 13 spokes? That seems to be hard to balance! Also who gave me a can of spraypaint?
#4 Springbox service almost half completed.

Who engineered that switch modification for you? Tested?

Where's the HIAB? Maybe you could use it as a central-overhead pick point to give you a better angle on the bullwheel? That chainfall on the round beam looks like things could get pretty "Western" in a hurry.

#4 Springbox service almost half completed.
That's half the battle!!

That's where the switch was when we got the lift! The previous owners must have put it there. It should be rotated 180 degrees like the one on the DH side.

We weren't sure that our Hiab could pick that bullwheel - and it doesn't have the reach if we use our four part. That chainfall was meant for a safety only when we took the guide sheave/catcher frame off (weren't sure if the bullwheel was gonna do something weird like slide off the shaft.) When we started to release it the bullwheel kept tilting.

On Gondolas there usually isn't any Anti-collision zones in the turn around. Only in the accel and decel parts of the terminal.
