When is a brown bear a black bear?
.....When he tries to eat through your 2400-volt feeder cable to a cathodic protection groundbed.

This happened recently near Kincaid park in Anchorage.

If this happened on forest service land would the forest service have a problem with this?

It seems that bears are always getting into trouble like this. For those who have been to aspen, you may have seen the popcorn stand in the middle of town. Well one day (I have been told) A bear cam into town, broke into the stand, and drank so much popcorn butter that they found it passed out near the stand. The only difference is I think that one lived after the incident.
