This is something interesting i found, the snorhino, a snowboard holder for footrests. To me it seems pointless. Anyone try one out before?

That seems completewly pointless. They show a picture that makes it look like only one person on the chair can use it at a time. It seems like it would be easier to just put your board on the regular footrest, instead of having to put the bar between your knees and rearrange yourself when you put the par up or down

yeah in that pic it took a Quad down to a triple and the other snowboarders just did the regular thing

I have to agree, it does seem rather pointless.

Foot rests are fine on a lift, and that thing doesnt do anything at all. I feel bad for those reosrts that bought them

I split this topic and have moved jeffgladnick SnoRhino post to the 'Ski lift General Discussion' and made it into a new topic about his companies product about on how we could improve on it. I thought this topic was going off-topic and I didn't believe it should be in the technical section. I have also decided to close this topic since we can now talk about the SnoRhino product in the new topic.
