Hi.
I’m trying to contact some lift director or lift maintenance manager in US ski resorts, but these companies are so huge that it is very hard to find the good person to talk with.
At the moment I am only in contact with one lift director from Breckenridge-Keystone Resorts, and I can't achieve to contact other manager/director in other resorts.
Can somebody help me to find people to contact in other resorts?
Any information (name, address, e-mail address) would be helpful.
If you do not wish to give this information on the forum, send me an e-mail.
Thanks by advance.

If this product is used for the evacuation of persons from the chairlifts or gondolas, you probably want to contact the Ski Patrol Director as they usually handle evacuations.

Well,
This product is not used for the evacuation of persons, but for the previous step, when the rescuer needs to access the chairlift or gondolas.
For this operation, he needs a device to move along the cable.
Here is the product.
I don't know who take care of this operation and theses products.
Is it the lift director or the ski patrol ?

That would probably be the Ski Patrol Director. The "cable rider" device you are describing is used to get to the carriers to prepare for the evacuation of passengers.
In my experience - the maintenance folks are trying to fix the original problem.
