Worst made for TV movie ever.
So supposedly Bald Mountain at Sun Valley erupts, and it stalls a lift, people are trapped, and die when it erupts. It is a Poma high speed quad in the east with a parallel Doppelmayr quad. The whole thing is pretty ridiculous, but it has a 10 minute ski lift scene. Did anyone else see it tonight?

They switched between Mt. Everest erupting and Pennsylvania chairlift, both of which were supposed to be Bald Mountain in Idaho. I don't usually watch much TV, but I was really bored, and came across this.

I'm thinking it was filmed at Bromont, Quebec. It has an older Poma quad with a Doppelmayr quad parallel. Anyone know of any other ski areas that match this description?

No, the whole thing was filmed in Quebec, and it also had a computer generated Baldy that looked like Mt Everest.

Waterville Valley, NH matches this description, but the Dopp lift only goes 3/4s of the way up and its a triple rather than a quad.
Chairlift n. A transportation system found at most ski areas in which a series of chairs suspended from a cable rapidly conveys anywhere from one to eight skiers from the front of one line to the back of another.
