Have any of these been made or have I just missed it?

Could you be a little bit more specific about what you mean.

Are you talking about something similar to the World Books or just a yearly installation list from those lift manufacturers?

I was talking about a yearly installation list. However, the book sounds interesting too.

Well, Doppelmayr and Garaventa are the same company now so they have been integraded into one, although it's the European version.

Leitner-POMA of America has one, but it's not made public until October because lift stats can change like capacity, HP, etc.

Leitner-POMA does not have a book like the Doppelmayr/Garaventa World Book, although Leitner did at one time and still might. I've saw the Leitner book on Alpin-forum.com once, but it was from the mid 1990s.
