So are there any Gogebic Community College: Ski Area Managements Students out there?

Curious as to how many might be out there. Say who you are please. By the way this is Randy Mezzano's last year at the helm.

Here is a topic I started about gogebic a while ago. I am not an alumni or a present student, rather I plan on going next fall. I already got accepted so there should be no issues. If you guys have any stories of the "wildest days ive ever had", feel free to share as I would like to hear them.

stories like being treated like a SAM in da hood, crazy locals (yoopers, no offense) breaking thru windows because their girlfriends would rather party with us, bars bars bars in Hurley, toilets exploding, or stories of epic snowstorms and powderdays at Whitecap and at the 'Z' or all the times that seem fuzzy that you spent with friends hiking, biking, swimming, jumping, smashing and just having a great time in da UP. Some stories just can't be told, but let it be known, the Gogebic program was a great experience, with lots to be learned, great times had and memories that will last forever.

John I could not say that any better. I was laughing my ass off about the exploding toilet. Bottle rockets do not work in toilets! How about using the potato gun and aiming for people on the chairlift at the "Z". Or bars, tities, bars....tities. Yes the stip joints in Hurley. You are right most stories should be left untold. But here is another. The jack daniels bottle in or basement of our Hurley house. A clear 25' 2'' tube going to the upstairs as a water bong. Never did it. I am telling the truth! But funny! They took a picture and it made high times mag. Oh there are many more. They might just come out eventually!

You guys are going to have a good time. I have heard they are going to have a big class and a new but used Pisten Bully snowcat. Worked out a cheap deal from Reno. Good for the college. I am heading that way on Sunday to meet with my new employees :)

Original Dorms, R.I.P. (Rest -In- Pieces  ). Who remembers the Student Council 'beautifing the grounds" that day. Did Ernie go crazy that day?

The old dorms are long gone but there is a new dorm building this year and the sams have begun breaking them in. Emphasis on the word break. We have already had instances of fireworks going off inside them and chairs being broken, etc. It is kinda funny about the old dorms because now there is a rope tow and a run there that is our terrain park. Usually it is the other way around where developments take over the slopes and close runs.
