Way back, http://www.firsttracksonline.com/ had an article with an attachment showing the build out plan for Kicking Horse. I seem to remember addition of one more ridge to the left (riding up the gondola) of the current resort and two to the right. Any details?

Thanks!

Anyword on when more lifts might go in? I'm not overly optimistic as I don't think Kicking Horse is doing all that well rom a business perspective.

New resorts usually take a while to get going. I know when I was at Big Sky, a lot of people never even knew about Moonlight Basin and the resort was empty because of that. Tamarack was also empty when I was there too.

i think it will take off in the next few years. KH has some unbelieveable terrain, the only problem is some of it is hike-to only over some really rugged terrain. but it has already gained cult status for steeps, and that will definetly help get the new lifts built. and once theye built, KH will take off i think
