Quebec Lifts

I was told that in Quebec, Canada, that lifts can`t keep operating after 35 years of age. After that point they must either be replaced or removed. Is this true?

I'm from Quebec and in the Z-98, I have not see somethting on this, someone told this from ASSQ(association of the ski resort), but it's not a rule. :biggrin:
