And a reversible ropeway in Australia. www.scenicworld.com.au

I hope to make it up to Cairns Australia next year while we're there to ride the Poma Gondola in the rain forest.

There used to be a skyride in La Ronde, Montreal. But I was too young then to remember now...

Besides that I remember taking that jigback gondola in Val-Jalbert, as well as the (jigback, again) funitel in Chutes Montmorency, near Quebec city.

Then there's the old gondola at the King County fair grounds near my house. It is a Von Roll four man that bearly fits three.

You must be talking about the Skyride at the Puyallup Fair, not to be confused with the King County Fairgrounds- I grew up a mile down the road from that one, and there ain't no lift there.

Last year, I saw many different skyrides on the website, and it was very interesting. I gave the website address to SkiBachelor. I recently looked for it, and I can't find it. SkiBachelor, do you have the address?

I found one picture in the webiste seach, and the website, KMOV.com (St. Louis) said not found. The gonadola fall. Do you know anything about this?

Sorry do not know how to attach a link but check out www.skytrans-mfg.com

Blizzard Beach (Disney World) chairlift
South Florida Fairgrounds triple
Disney World gondola
Lagoon theme park (Utah) chairlift
Cabriolet at The Canyons

There's probably more, but I can't think of them

We're going to WDW in the fall and have passes to the water parks. I see they have a chairlift at Blizzard Beach, and that you've ridden it. What kind of lift is it? Is there any info or pics here on it?

Here's a picture of it, does anyone know what manufacturer built it? I haven't been there in a long time, I really don't remember it that much

Heavenly Gondola (there's no way to ski to it!)

You can ski it, you just have to hike out to it or some how sneak past the attendants, get your gear on, and jump the fence (not encouraged as I'm sure you can get a ticket clipped, but I know it has been done). There is some mighty fine riding on the front side of Heavenly going back into town.

Heavenly Gondola during the summer (and winter).
Jackson Hole Tram during summer (several years ago, winter more recently).
Sky ride or whatever it is called at the Wisconsin State Fair park.

Skyride at Lagoon in Farmington, Utah. A great place to go, lots of memories.

Lets see if you can name the of lift maker. It was put in back in the mid to late 70s.

While watching the Daytona 500 yesterday, Fox has a shot of (I'm assuming here) of Daytona Beach. But in the background there's a chair lift (gondola maybe). Is there a non-skier lift in Daytona Beach?

The Ringer Chairlift at Terry Peak, S.D. was installed as a summer tourist ride back in '53.

After a few seasons somebody suggested running the lift in the winter for skiing!!!!
