Ryan, I presume those angles are right angles? I was just wondering because you have the end points circle and I'm just uses to seeing them with a 'box' where the two lines meet which indicates a right angle, thanks.

Small circle is the pivot point for the main axel for this style of assembly. The assembly has a flat spot in this area approximately the size of a 6 pack. 2 - 45's is pretty close. The most important aspect of the drawing is that if the hold down assembly has a pronounced movement the bullwheel alignment turns to cheese whiz!
Image shows 8 wheel hold down at portal and another hold down that is directly uphill. Uphill assembly is on a adjustable tower rather than floating.
