Here is another Ski Area Managment program for those who are interested. The cool thing about this one is that not only do they teach lift maintainance, but they teach how to groom, how to make snow and other things. They even have courses on how to mak trail maps and how to lay out ski areas. The best part is there is an itnernship during the second semester. I heard one of the places you can go to is vail. What is not to like.

I might go to one of those (most likely Colorado Mountain College) after I graduate from Oregon with a business degree.

They told me to apply the first of the year so I just sent in my application today. I probably will also send in an application to CMC but I will probably go to gogebic.

I wish I had heard of this as well. maybe I would've gone for a civil engineering degree and then gone there instead of food industry management from michigan state...although i have enjoyed my time here immensely.
