Hello all,

I am a graduate student who is getting a master's in Engineering Management with an emphasis on project management (my undergrad in chemical engineering). I am doing a semester project where I have to develop a project plan for the installation of a new ski lift at Stratton Mountain, VT.

I am looking for information on what it would take to deconstruct current lift and then install a detachable grip quad lift. I am mainly interested in what a budget would look like and a breakdown as detailed as possible.

I was hoping I could find someone who could direct me to this kind of information or someone who could spare a little time to help me with this info.

I have found there is pretty much a void when it comes to ski lifts and I am very glad I have found this site.

I greatly appreciate any and all help. Thank you very much!! Michael :helpsmilie:
