I just found this site, calls themselves Mueller, whats up with this I thought they are out of buisness? www.mueller-lifts.com

Nope, they are still around. I think they just lost too much market share in North America and decided to focus more on Europe. Of course I can't imagine them installing that many new lifts, maybe surface lifts, but I think most of their business is done through making spare parts.

Oddly enough, I met Bernie from Mueller Lifts the other day - he came to have a look at the Red chair. I don't think he makes parts there, most replacement parts come from Rowema (www.rowema.ch) in Europe, as well as torn down lifts around North America. I think he only has a few employees there, so I don't think he builds the lifts. Rowema would probably come over here and build the lift.
