Just found out in the Vermont Addeneum for B77 code...
max speed for a detach is 1200Fpm....

but actual b77 states "as dictated by manufacturer"
just wondering what you boys have out there and what you turn at...

i know our Poma gondolas have
been known on good days to spin around 1150....

I also had a Poma quad (long terminal) up tp 1025 to clear the maze
now the unload senario @ the return is a different story

(good days are few and far between what with wind and all)

B/E can run at 1100, although B usually doesn't. F/O-1 run 1000-1025 most days. I can do 1100, although unloading constraints make it run about 975 most days.

All our quads are rated for 1000 fpm max. (5 m/s) We normally don't go over 900fpm unless we have extra lifities as too many people fall on the ramps and you wind up stopping the lift way to often. Ultimately you get more capacity by running slower and not stopping/slowing the lift as often.

I wish more people understood that last point.
