what happened to Partek?

I was trying to go to Partek's website and it is no longer partekskilifts.com, it is called www.skiliftparts.com. I heard that they were being bought out by the Doppelmayr group, but what has happened to them were they bought by Doppelmayr or gone out of business?

the rumor is that some of parteks clients wanted them to start making detachable lifts. but part of the way through tihis process they ran out of funds. so hagen schulz sold the company to doppelmayr ctec. hagen still works for coppelmayr ctec and he sells stuff for borvig and partek lifts through ski lift parts.com partek history page
