Last I heard Runs were being cut this year and some utilities were being dug in, but No firm time line yet on lifts.

Rumor has it they could see a Lift this comming summer. That is a very very big if. Sounds like the first stage of the gondola is what they want first. So much has to be done in terms of infrastructure not to mention they have to work around the existing snow cat and ski area operations.
Two other rumors are the sewer applications and the overall capital.

I'd love to hear more if anyone has anything!!

WBSKI you have a thing for T-bars? Having talked with some of these developers I bet you that t-bar will be in service one way or another for at least another 25 years. Relocating lifts seems to be on all these developers minds.. If any of you money men are reading this please email me so that I can convince you other wise. (I'm including Red Mountain here and MR Katkov!!!)

EDIT: after i posted this i see that it was posted under a Canoe Mt. thread (so don't flame the new guy - i did search :-)
The Gov't approval is for a resort with 6,400 feet vertical (take thaty Whistler!) and just shy of 5000 acres at build out!

Canada appears to be more development friendly than their neighbors to the south - right now there are 6 resorts in the planning & construction phases (Cayoosh Resort, Garibaldi at Squamish, Mount Baldy, Jumbo Glacier Resort, Resorts West & Canoe Mountain) There are also 4 resorts planning major expansions (Sun Peaks, Big White, Silver Star & Kicking Horse) Canada might make CO & UT look like small potatoes in the coming decades....
Check out the attached map & links for more info on Revelstoke:

In terms of silver star, I bet its the Alder Point terrain to be lift accessed (off the backside) and with new runs,
