I had frost on my car windows at 5 am. It was about 34F. When I left for work at 6:30am the frost had disappeared and it was about 43F. It got pretty hot here today probably mid 80's, I did not look at the thermometer though. Leaves have been changing color here in little spurts for the past few weeks. The temp has been dropping at night then rising during the day. Yesterday was much cooler than today so last nights temps dropped more than it will tonight. A cold front is expected to come in over the weekend and they are predicting highs only in the low 70's for the area. I live in the hills of central MA so it stays a little cooler here.

Not this time!! It didn't snow until I left the hill and went to Trail - that's where I saw the snow from! :)

Snowing here in Edmonton this morning (Sept 9). Decided that the daily morning trip to the fitness centre just wasn't worth it if the roads were icy.

Alberta has been having an uncharacteristic summer and fall. It's been cold windy and wet. It has snowed earlier than sept 9 in the past but only a few times.

skiing was had at sunshine on halloween last year so for it to open earlier wouldn't be too hard if mother nature keeps up.
