Utah would have to be Deer Valley, Alta, or Snowbasin,

Colorado would have to be Copper or Keystone

I retract my opinion of two years ago. I enjoy skiing anywhere, because as the sticker says 'a bad day of skiing beats a good day at work'. I ventured off the groomed beginner trails rarely last season (my kids are at that stage) and I still had a blast every time.

I love to ski never have a bad day! Best ski areas: Alyeska( lots of snow and great steeps), Alta, Jackson Hole, A-Basin to name a few. In Europe Le Grave rocks!!!

Whistler rocks. Cypress and Grouse are... um... unremarkable.

The YC, ski it once, and you'll be spoiled for anything else! Jackson is totally sick too!

My favorite ski resort is Northstar at Tahoe. There is a ice skating ring for skating at night after the lifts are closed. Also I love the long rides down the slopes that they have. There is also a small shopping center there.
