Here is J6, the first of 2 YAN hsq's. This one is about a 8-10 minute ride, and i believe it runs about 4.5-4.8 mps because the ride takes longer than other lifts i've ridden that are around the same length. Ths lift has Doppelmayr Retrofits on the grips, hanger arm, sheaves, a few towers and the terminals. The YAN drive remains.

Here you can see the original terminal (black) with the doppelmayr sidings around it (tan)

Here is J7; the second YAN hsq. This lift is much nicer than J6 due to its chairs. As Yan was going out, these new chairs were released:

These chairs are also used on the 2 at mammoth, and the seem to function quite well

The top return terminal

If you look closely, you can see the bulwheel is exposed on the underside of the terminal. I believe this lift was also a cake prior to the upgrades

So that is all the current chair lifts, but the old QMC line and terminals are still intact. The ticket office is actually the lower terminal, with the old loading up on the roof of hte building. The Top station is just to the right of Mid-Chalet, and the bridge between the 2 still exists. There are no YAN logos, but these are for sure the old QMC parts.

In the near future, a gondola is planned, so that will make access much easier

Here is the bottom terminal, or now the ticket office

Ok, thats all of June Mountain for now. I still have a couple hundred pictures of mammoth to organize and resize, so dont expect those for a few weeks. Mostlikely i will just make a page for them and put them up on the main site instead of posting all of them. I may also come across some more June pictures, but these are the main ones. Enjoy!

Apparently the J1 chair only has a capicity of 350 people per hour.

Nice photos, Zack. Interesting how many morphodited lifts June's got... J1 is a pretty old lift- Riblet stopped making those fixed-cap towers in 1964 and went to the clamp-type ('slip-cap') towerheads.

Yea, i knew the chair was before 63 or 64 because dodge ridge has a 62 riblet double, then a bunch of them from between 65-71, so i knew it was from around then. Sorry i didnt get more pictures, but i have a feeling i will go back soon someday.

Also, i've been working on the mammoth pages, and have all the pictures ready, so now i am making the individual lift pages, then when cameron has the template, the mammoth index page. Hopefully in a week or 2.
