I've noticed on almost every HSQ and HSS there is a big gap between the last chair and the first chair. On fixed grip lifts every chair is spaced almost the same. Is there a reason there is a gap between the 1st and last chair on a HS lift?

This is probably due to the spacing and all the other chairs are spaced evenly so when you get to the last one there is a bit of a gap to reset the spacing again. Im sure someone here can word that better :)

I've only seen a large gap on a few chairlifts, and those were lifts with an odd number of chairs.

That could just be a coincidence, the lifts might have a different size space at the end but it's too small to notice. Some lifts have a huge one

on the quickdraw you can get @ one chair in that gap. Maybe a 2nd chair. It also seems to me that High Lomesome @ WP has a very large gap as to where no chairs are in the terminal during that gap.
