The wording and the 2.3.4.2.1 repesents the same layout of the conceptual inputs book. I shall look and see, since I have the book. I should also break out that scanner and scan some of the diagrams. (And Allans BIG map of Red Mountain too...)

It was the conceptual inputs :) I printed a bunch of it when it was available on the web.
