I finally came up with a K'Nex detachable grip. The grip is in its infancy when it comes to design and it has no station and no way to automatically detach, but it will come of of the string when the grip is manually activated, here are the pictures.

Congrads on working a miricle (I'm being completely serious here) the only thing is the way to get it over towers and through stations it looks to me.

Yeah the grip is bulky And i'm not sure how to get it to go over a tower but it will allow itself to come off of the cable to reposition it on the line or something like that. As for the tram I have a few problems getting it to run, mainly the problem of the snow making it hard to get at the tower, and the change of direction.
