This shows Allan's current charges (Stoker and Cruiser) in their original locations, plus Fitzsimmons. No GE, no Excalibur, Magic looks longer, etc. Anyone know if the Crystal Ridge lift was an original installation in that location or a relocate of one of Whistler's old Village lifts?

I have another question if whether Intrawest droped the name Blackcomb from recent advertising in magazines? In a recent Ski magazine advertisement for the ski areas, it just said Whistler, instead of the usual Whistler/ Blackcomb. I was wondering if this had to do with Whistler getting the 2010 Winter Olympics and it wouldn't make people thing that it was two seperate ski resorts, but rather just one. Maybe to make Whistler sound bigger than what people think.

Wasn't Intrawest. The Resort Municipality of Whistler, along with Vancouver, is doing the advertising- thus no Blackcomb as it is a ski area at Whistler, the town.

In normal conversation i've only ever heard it reffered to as Whistler. But in all adds it carries the full name. This might be a change as well to match the confusion someone might hear when their idea of whistler changes to whistler blackomb
