Here are a few pictures from the last day of the old Hasenhorn Lift in Todtnau / Black Forest. This one seater will be replaced by and new Doppelmayr Double.
The old Lift was manufactured by PHB / espacily from Heckel.

That single chair looks to be inexcellent condition! And nice shiny new sheaves for the new lift :)

I think a lot scarier over tall sections or in adverse weather
