Hi,
after one week hard work on this page, I've finished touday the Page Design:
lost-ropeways.de
I have also worked on a english version of the Page:
lost-ropeways.de/english

I did like to know what you think about my Web site and especially about the new design.

But I've got one problem, I have only one closed lift from America,
have somebody pictures or informations on closed & abadonned Lifts in America?
I would be very happy if somebody can help me.

Best regards,
Philipp

I believe Gore still has its Von Roll gondola but no longer uses it ever since the new gondola went it. Anyone from the East know if Gore has any plans to get it working in the future or is it just going to decay slowly?

I presume you already know about the Dino at Hyak, right? If not, there is some info about that lift in the Snoqualmie Ski Area page located on this page. The ski area is located in Washington but you could just do a search on this site.

nope, the old gondola at gore is gone forever, replaced by a new gondola. it sits their rotting to this day, all the cbins still inside the base station, they can sell anything to the public for they need to sell the cars at auction. their are no plans for it, the base station serves as the main headquarters for the ski patrol.
Everything is just loop-de-loops and flibertyjibbit
