I just scrolled down the page on the forum lists and noticed that there was a section for "live chats", has it been there for a while and I just missed it or is it a new feature? No one was signed in so I couldn't check it out!

Yes that is a new feature which was installed about a week and half ago. We just don't have enough users right now to have a good conversation in there, so we just have been using the forum for simple stuff.
