GE DASH 9. Nice picture Bill. Zack and I road the train today in Cupertino but it didn't have enough power to make it up the grade with 4 GP32 engines so it was interesting when it stopped.

Our train was going like 30 when Cameron and I rode it. They were GP-40's, maybe one or 2 GP-38s. Usually it goes 8 MPH, but it was computer controlled, so they gave it full power and it was quite interesting.

Stevens Pass at one point or another was the longest tunnel in the world although I don't know if it still is but I'll check on my book about it.

I think the longest tunnel in North America is Montana. I believe it's 7 miles long, but the Moffat tunnel is pretty long too. Anyway, the longest train tunnel is being built over near Japan right now I think. But the train tunnel that connects England to France that the TGV uses is the longest as of right now in the World.

Nice Dash 9, BC Rail has a bunch of em as well as an exclusive model of Dash 8's that only they have. I used to be a train freak too, I used to lve those Budd RDC's when BC Rail had them, they're gone, and so his BC Rail (sort of) they're in the middle of a takeover by Canadian National (CN)
