It depends on how bad it is, but if you just left it outside for a few days, you can wipe it right off pretty quickly. If it's worse, you can use an edge file (I mean a ski/snowboard file) and remove it that way. But if it's pretty bad, you might have to put a whole new edge on your snowboard.

Most ski shops use the same file, which you can pick up there, but I'd buy it at a hardware store for cheaper. It's called a flat mill bastard, and it is the best tool I've found for removing edge gradue and rust. I was able to clean off a pair of X-screams that had been left outside for several months with one. Your edges may still look a little rusty, but using some Powersolv or Cirtasolv should take care of that. A little steel wool will also remove some light rust.
