What kind of question is this Jeff, because there can be more than one answer for these questions?
For example, I would say the the Summit Express at Keystone has the most vertical, but then again it's a long lift. Then there is the Summit Express at Mt. Bachelor that has is a decent length but a very impressive vertical rise.
For the six-pack, I would say the six-shooter at Moonlight Basin, MT. It's a really long lift and has an impressive vertical because of it.
So you see Jeff, there is more than one answer for this question. If you want to know what lift has the most vertical, just look at the Lift Construction Survey's for this type of info.

Its not too steep out of the terminal, but about halfway up when it goes over the cliffs its pretty good. Grandview is actually a little steeper then that in its speet section. Out of the terminal, I'm guessing Gunbarrel or maybe Mott Canyon at Heavenly are the best there, but Mott is a double so it does't count. I think the question should be what hsq/hss has the steepest section on the line.

Mott actually has a bit of a flat stretch at the base.
It makes it kind of difficult to find the steepest lift when you are just looking at a certain section. It would be much easier to find the overall rise over run.

Rainier Express (Crystal) is probably the steepest detachable I've ridden, since we're not talking about gondolas. It's pretty flat in the bottom section, but steepens considerably past tower 10 up Sunnyside. Overall stats- 1750' vertical, 4400' length. That works out to a pretty steep lift.

McConkey's HSS at PCMR has a very steep top section, but the bottom is nearly flat. DV's Empire lift has about the same profile, as they are very close to each other. The Canyons' 9990 Express probably has the longest really steep section that I've seen, if not that then Snowbird's Mineral Basin lift

Liftmech would remember this one, the K2-Face part of the old C-5 at Crystal Mountain.

Yup, that was probably the steepest fixed-grip I've ridden. It had two 12-sheave hold-down assemblies at the bottom, and four 8-sheave support towers at the top. K-2 Face itself was listed as a single diamond, but I think that was an oversight from before Crystal listed double diamonds as an official designation.

Not really all that steep, but the Supreme lift at Alta has this one section where the downhill side skips 5 hold-down towers for the uphill side and goes really, really high over the ground
The Canyons 9990 lift has two 8-sheave hold-down towers at the bottom and 5 towers to get out of it (two halfway up with 6 each, 3 at top with 8)
