Number of downloads: 48I was in South America last week. I was able to ski at La Parva which is near Santiago Chile. Attached is a photo of a Poma Alpha quad at La Parva and an old Poma Gondola which is in Santiago- it goes to the top of San Cristobal, a high point in Santiago.

How far into the ski season is the southern hemisphere? It doesnt look like there's a whole lot of snow by the quad

Their season typically runs from mid-june till Sept. They are not having the best winter this year. The skiing was actually pretty good, the aspect to the skiers left of the photo had decent snow. We were able to ski the entire 3000ft vertical on a variety of runs.

I love those gondi's, that alpha has the strangest towers I've seen. Looks almost like modified Hall's
