Rope Tow?

Hello! Dose anyone know how to build a rope tow? if so how?

This tow was fairly popular in the 40s because it was portable and affordable. You just stuck the sled end up on top of the hill and drove in the post at the bottom and the rope just ran along the top of the snow..... I believe it was only about a 4 hp engine as well....
