Bad day at Vail

Vail's Eagle Bahn gondola had to be evacuated yesterday morning after it shut down. No guests, but 74 employees had to be evacuated by ski patrol, all roped down by 3:15pm. It remained closed for July 4th and no announcement has made as to when it will re-open.

Here's a picture of the damage, lift will be closed for a while. This is on tower 11.

How can such thing happens ? Default on tower ?? :wacko:
