You got my hopes up. I thought they installed a whole snowflex park at Elich Gardens. I wish I had a snowflex system at my place. I would be out there right now hiking the pipe. :)

I dont know if it is was a snowflex system but the Childrens Museum at one point had an artificial snow surface hill. It had aproximately a 2-300 ft slope lengh and maybe 40-50 ft vert. They even had a 4 gate nastar course set up on it.

Theres a place for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed potatoes.

"You could say that a mountain is alot like a woman, once you think you know every inch of her and you're about to dip your skis into some soft, deep powder...Bam, you've got two broken legs, cracked ribs and you pay your $20 just to let her punch your lift ticket all over again"

Mt. Bachelor used to be open till July 4th but it stopped doing that in the mid 90s if that counts. Other ski areas would maybe be Saint Mary's Glacier in Colorado which is lost.

Loveland typically closes mid-to-late May, while Arapahoe Basin tries for July 4th every year.
