I think many here will be interested in this new Remontees-Mecaniques article. Tatralift (formerly Tatrapoma) recently built their second detachable chairlift and there will hopefully be many more to come. The company is based out of Slovakia and has for many years sold their ski lifts in Eastern Europe. Between 1975 and 1993 they sold 600+ lifts under the Poma license. Since 1993, they have developed their own product line. (Edit: their detachable grips use a license from Felix Wopfner)

The six-pack here is located in southern Poland and opened several weeks ago!

You're right. I'm not sure if this is an error or if perhaps the Poland installation was under a different manufacturer's license.

From what I can gather from this website http://korbielow.net...arski/index.php the lift is tied up in some legal issue and is not open to the public, I cannot tell if the lift has ever has been utilized. The lift has also been removed from the resorts lift inventory on its snow report with a vague note at the bottom of the report about it. The lift in question can be seen in this video https://vimeo.com/199671385
