I can't see it - I get this in the window.

.kmz files can’t be previewed

Do you mean the Dropbox window? You need to download it and it will automatically open with Google Earth. It's not an image file, so you can't see it before downloading.

Anyway, assuming the terrain that Stagecoach is built on is environmentally unremarkable with no rare habitat (is this the case? I would be interested to know) I am excited to see this ski area get off the ground. I wonder what that whole pod of gladed terrain will be like to ski - a Mad River Glen-type experience?
One odd thing that I noticed is the relatively flat lift at Marker 1 (the East Summit). I initially thought this was a beginner area, but that would be impractical since getting there requires taking two lifts with intermediate terrain in between. What is the purpose of this lift and the terrain it serves?

Just a guess but suspect that is intended to be a surface lift (or other low capacity conveyance) designed to access the gladed/backcountry type terrain pod spilling down off the East Summit.

I don't have Google Earth installed. I just use Google Map and I get all the info I need (except for you post).
Anything is possible when you don't understand what you are talking about.

.kmz is the extension for Google Earth files. I'm pretty sure there isn't another way to view them, so unless someone with more technical expertise than me comes along, you're SOL.

Corona at Eldora sat for about 10 years from the late '70s to the late '80s. The Miner Denver lift ran on natural gas. There is a gas pipeline that runs up Eldora, across the ridge and over Rollins pass to Winter Park and the western slope.
