A-Basin is still going, and I just saw today that Aspen is planning on opening again for the memorial holiday. Who else is still up and running?

Squaw is still open, but barley any of the lifts are really going. At the same time boats are already going in the lake.

I skied down Golden Peak at Vail this weekend. No lifts spinning but enough snow to ski top to bottom with only one spot on the flats where I had to take off the skis and walk across a grass patch. Still plenty of snow left in Colorado.

If Telluride made a bit more snow they could still be in winter ops. I doubt Gold Hill or Palmyra would be skiable, but lift 6 would Absolutely be skiable. Lift 6 starts at the same elevation as the top of lift 10 (last webcam) and ends at the same elevation (Like 50 feet higher) as Plunge (3rd webcam)

Telluride should find a way to do Summer skiing. One way is to keep Prospect running through June (it starts at about the same elevation as the last cam and ends at about the elevation of the third). The problem with that is that Prospect Basin is completely closed from May 20-June. Another idea is to do this map, (Normal red line = lift uploading only, Lift with arrows pointing up and down = Lift, uploading and downloading, Green line = Green trail, Blue line = Blue trail, Black line = Black/Double black trail. Everything to the right of the Big yellow line I drew would be closed during that 2 month period. The season could be finished up on Plunge and Apex, where the snow stays the longest (Facing the north).

If you are wondering why Gold Hill would have no runs under it, well, I don't think they could make this skiable in June.

The problem with summer skiing isn't snow, but $$$. Not enough people for the amount of work required. If you are willing to hike, there are a lot of spots skiable year round.
