Why did Badger Pass replace Eagle and then not reuse it to replace another lift

My question is just that
Don't get rid of something before you know how much it is worth.

I thought a lot of the parts from the Yan version of the Eagle lift were reused on the "new" version. It looks like they just replaced all the moving parts and chairs with Doppelmayr components but the rest is recycled from the original Yan lift. Hopefully someone will set me straight if I am wrong...
