Seems a proposed resort about 45 minutes north of Vancouver (half way between Vancouver and Whistler) has been given its environmental approval.

Lots of good points and lots of negative points. Lots of support and lots of people who hate it. I think I am for it, but not sure......
First I heard of it was in 1996 so more a question of if it will actually be built.
