I think it would, if you could get the lifts running again you would have a nice base lodge, good small area with plenty of room for expansion.

Its too low of en elevation to hold too much snow.. You'd need a huge snowmaking system to stay alive. Everytime I pass it in the winter, the natural snow must be hiding somewhere. Don't get me wrong, If I had 2 mil, I'd buy it and live in the base lodge:) and have my own private ski area:) but there's a reason its for sale and has been closed for the past 4-5 years..
