For those of us who ski or snowboard, I was just wondering what you were on. Hope the season treats you well!

My rock skis are a 5 year old pair of Rossi Phantoms, 170 long, 80 under foot, and they ski better than anything I've ever been on. Super responsive, mid weight and handle themselves well in any snow type. Unfortunately, due to the rough snow years, they have been relegated to rock duty and looking at the bottoms last week nearly made me cry.

My main pair are brand new Dynastar Cham 107s, 184 long, and they are rockered. Basically they are an old American muscle car, big, stiff, and high performance. Fits my style pretty well though, so I'm super excited. Just hoping not to blow an edge off like I did last year.

My neighbor used to ski and one day she just gave these to me. I tried 'em out at a local area and it was a little different but I loved them. They best the ice that can appear late day in new england and I just love to ski on them in general. I also feel like it gives me more control on steep runs.

Yeah, I didn't do parks much before I got these but I love to do rails now. Also it's easier to balance on them imo
My personal favorite terrain is steeps and chutes, I don't mind whether groomed or ungroomed but it can be a bummer on a very steep ungroomed trail when you might fall and then you kinda get buried in the snow from your last turn :p

I ride 75% of the time and ski the other 25%. I am an old schooler and have been riding before there were parks and rails (other than hand rails on staircases in the lodge) and half pipes were in their infancy. Basically, I ski, I just use a snowboard 75% of the time to do it. I enjoy bumps (I rode at Mary Jane a lot during my early years and continue to frequent this mountain), chutes, trees, steeps and everything in between. My early/ late season board is a K2 Fuse and regular season board is a Never Summer Cobra which I purchased a couple of months ago and have not ridden yet but am looking forward to trying it out. I still have to put bindings on it. Skis are 9 year old Solomon Scrambler parabolics. Definitely the best skis I have ever had. I had to retire my 6 year old 5150 DLR snowboard due to the metal edge unraveling, bummer, since that is the best board I have ridden to date. Hope you all have a fun and safe season.

My main skis are ON3P Caylors - 191 length, 120 mm under foot, with full rocker. While they are by definition powder skis, they're manageable in pretty much any conditions, so I haven't bothered to get something smaller.

I also have a pair of K2 Maiden AKs (from 2005 I think) that have never been used that I plan to mount tele bindings to, so I can get good at telemark.

K2 Piste Pipes, 179/89 underfoot. Primarily my work skis. Otherwise, Black Diamond Havocs, 175/92 underfoot. Much lighter and my usual backcountry ski.

Icelantic Keeper Skny's are going to be my daily driver this year. New 2015 model for $299. 181cm, 95mm underfoot, 16m radius, and the most badazz looking skis on the East Coast. Can't freaking wait to try them out.
