We already have lift identification sheets for Leitner Poma and Doppelmayr CTEC, but it would be nice to have one for Yan as well. Let's see if we can place names on these pictures. Let me know if I am missing anything as well. I didn't include detachable terminals, but we could try to do that as well.

Post #3 Of interest is the whole picture set of Brighton: http://www.skilifts....ut-brighton.htm
Notice the large single deviation sheave and offset counterweight...also operators house is attached to carriage – pretty unique for that time period.

Norway - 1978 Arapahoe Basin picture is a complete design change from the 1971 Alpine chairlift.
The tension system is integral to the drive terminal, tension counterweight is eliminated and now provided via pneumatic piston (ram), tension to ram via chain, arrows point to gas bottle and ram. Complete terminal is now adjustable, not sure on this one but most gearboxes after this year were planetary (of Yan design) phasing out the 3 stage Kissling 940 1100 series.

There is a list of Yan installs somewhere on skilifts.org I’ll post a link at a future date -
